We offer a 1 year guarantee against hereditary and/or congenital diseases which cause death or recommended euthanasia by a competent, licensed and practicing veterinarian, only if the puppy is thoroughly checked by a licensed and practicing veterinarian within 48 hours of you receiving the puppy. A necropsy report and verification on your veterinarian’s letterhead and signed by him/her will be required stating the defect and his/her findings. This report should be received by our veterinarian within 72 hours of diagnosis. If our veterinarian concurs with your veterinarian , we will be obligated to replace the puppy with one of the same gender within 6 months
, as we do not have puppies available at all times. If we cannot replace the puppy within the 6 month period the buyer will have the choice of waiting longer for the same color, size, gender of the puppy, choose one of the available puppies or a full refund of the
price of the puppy only.
We will not be responsible for any other monetary fees or charges regarding this matter.
Other than the terms stated above, we do not make any further guarantees.
